Hyatt's wellbeing promise is to be the hospitality company that cares most for your wellbeing in the world. EP helped with this effort by creating a wellbeing brand activation that included recharging stations, hydration stations, and a large bubble meditation space. The bubble created a unique space to transport the audience from the trade show and release stress through techniques designed by a meditation guru.
Hyatt's exhibit program design allowed for multiple configurations using assets from the large configuration, while still keeping the overall design aesthetic and brand vision intact.
Before EP constructed the final exhibit assets we used 3D color renderings to illustrate the flexibility of the design element throughout the entire Hyatt's trade show program schedule.
We collaborated with Hyatt to design and construct specialty food carts and P.O.P displays within specific Hyatt hotel locations. These displays ultimately keep food and beverage revenue inside Hyatt"s doors rather than the customers going outside the facility to grab some much-needed snacks or drinks.
