Trade show pros are notorious for attending major events, where dozens of innovative products are being launched, and never seeing beyond the booths. We’re too busy poring over exhibits, graphics, in-booth promos, and marketing messages to spend much time “shopping” the show floor. But with a large team and multiple clients at Natural Products Expo West (including three mentioned below — Health Ade, Nature’s Way, and Sunsweet), we had a chance to sample some new offerings in Anaheim — and we think the following nine of them are worth adding to your Amazon wish list.

Don’t worry, it doesn’t taste like caviar! When we first encountered this booth, we passed on what we suspected was another plant-based, protein facsimile. Thankfully, despite a bad experience with a Russian diplomat offering authentic (expensive!) caviar, we stopped on a subsequent visit and asked: Does it taste like caviar? No. It’s better.
